Why Therapy?
Choosing to undertake therapy is a momentous move towards taking responsibility for your own health and healing. The human spirit has a limitless capacity to grow and to thrive. Uncomfortable feelings, behaviors, and situations can be an empowering catalyst for change. My aim is to offer concrete skills, strategies, and behaviors to help you meet life’s challenges. As a therapist, I balance compassionate listening with collaborative problem solving, using research based therapeutic techniques to help you reach your goals.

Sessions take place in my office at Ruscombe Mansion (following local COVID guidelines), outdoors/on grounds, and/or via telehealth using a HIPAA compliant secure platform.
I am paneled with, and accept, most major insurance companies. I am passionate about helping my clients connect to the inherent meaning, joy, and empowerment in their lives!

Group Therapy and/or Psycho-educational Sessions
Sessions take place at Ruscombe Mansion, via Zoom; or in an outdoor setting (therapeutic hiking group and/or mindfulness and nature connection)
Topics include women’s issues, stress management, lifestyle changes, and more.
