I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who draws on mind-body techniques, depth psychology, cognitive restructuring, and the natural world for an integrated approach to healing and well being. Specific frameworks include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, parts work, and psychodynamic. I use a tailored approach with my clients, encouraging the gentle and curious exploration of self to navigate depression, anxiety, relationships, and major life changes.

Through our work together you can expect to:

  • Develop a sense of inner ease, calm and strength
  • Recognize and re-frame habitual thoughts and patterned behaviors
  • Understand and communicate universal human needs
  • Set healthy boundaries that promote connection to self and others
  • Face major life events and changes with intention and presence
  • Develop tailored rituals to formally acknowledge changes and to set intentions
  • Tap in to the rhythms and constancy of nature to increase a sense of equanimity, awe, and connection

I believe we can learn to alleviate suffering by slowing down, paying attention and connecting with the Wise Self. My emphasis is on contacting the part of you that knows that even difficult events, feelings and behaviors can be a powerful catalyst for positive change.

As a therapist, I draw on breath work, mindfulness, the natural world, the brain-body connection, and the mindful and curious exploration of self.
